Gentle Yoga Flow – 30-Minute All Levels Yoga Class

This is an all levels gentle yoga flow to decompress, destress, and FEEL GOOD.

Gentle yoga is a great way to slow down, connect with your body, and calm your mind. This all levels juicy practice is ideal for anyone new to yoga, but everyone will enjoy this opportunity to move your body, breathe deeply and simply feel good.

Move through a series of stretches, yoga poses and guided breathing to increase flexibility and mobility, decompress, and create more physical space in the body. This yoga class is a great way to get familiarized with the poses (and a back-to-the-basics refresher for more experienced students).

  3. This was the slow practice I needed today…but I hope you realize that a lot of people's thighs, or even hips touch the ground while lying on their back especially if they have a big booty! I find that a lot of yoga instruction, including this one, assumes we all have a small body, and that our arms won't fit around a certain body part or that our bellies get in the way of certain twists.

My circulation has improved and my joints are more relaxed. GOD bless you. Normally I would have to go for tai massages at least once a month. Now with covid. All closed. SO yes GOD is good and when we pray he hears. I did say I was 56 and I think you have made a video that doesn’t intimidate any age. 😘. THIS IS PERFECT FOR ME🤝
